This fully air-conditioned, breathtaking villa offers four bedrooms with bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a toilette, and a modern open-plan space including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a living room with satellite TV. There is also another, separate kitchen with a dining area and satellite TV that can fully be opened towards the pool and garden, so the guests can enjoy a combination of indoors and outdoors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an exit to a spacious balcony, perfect for socializing, enjoying the jacuzzi, and sunbathing. In the 1000 sqm garden surrounding the villa, guests can enjoy the 45 sqm swimming pool, sun beds, outdoor shower, a trampoline, table tennis, badminton equipment, children's playground, 3 parking spots...
