Glass doors across the living room and kitchen provide natural light to the open-plan ground floor and both of the spaces lead to the garden of the villa. With spectacular views, the garden combines pure relaxation on sundecks, grilling, and dining on the patio, and enjoying the swimming pool. Reserve your evenings for the upper terrace, you will recharge for the next day. You will keep your privacy as the villa is fully enclosed with a carefully maintained lawn. For an afternoon cool down, you can enjoy yourself in the indoor pool in your own atmosphere. The picturesque town of Bale, where the Villa Noble 2 is located, is only 7 km away from the beach if you wish to take a swim in the Adriatic sea. The neighborhood offers several restaurants where you can taste traditional Istrian cuisine or take a sightseeing tour of the town. The nearest airport Pula is 27 km away and the Croatian – Slovenian crossing border is about an hour and a half away from the villa.
The town of Bale, situated at a height of 140 meters above sea level, lies at the intersection of roads leading to Rovinj, Pula, and Trieste, only 5 kilometers from the sea. The town itself developed around the medieval castle of the Soardo and Bembo families during the 15th century and is mentioned in the earliest written documents as the Roman settlement Castrum Vallis. The Bembo Palace has recently been completely restored, nearby there is a fine example of a town loggia, while the town center is under protection.
