The house consists of two floors, has 2 double bedrooms, living room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom / toilet, terrace and swimming pool. The house has a private pool (5 x 4.2 m, depth 1.5 m). From the balcony, swimming pool and terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar, while on the other side of the house there is a beautiful view of Mount Biokovo. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen, table, chairs and access to the pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe and a view of the sea. The air conditioner is located in the hallway, so both bedrooms have access to it. Bathroom: Shower cabin, WC. This house is located in upper Tučepi, especially the hamlet of Podpeć, at the foot of a mountain slope, surrounded by olive groves, pine trees and Mediterranean plants.
