On the ground floor there are three elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the garden; two have sea views. Two bedrooms feature double beds measuring 160*200cm (one of which includes an additional sofa bed for two people measuring 160*180 cm), while the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90*200cm that can be combined into one bed, providing comfort and privacy for each guest. Upstairs, there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people measuring 160*200 cm, perfect for relaxation and socializing, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. Every room in the villa is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay all year round. Stepping out onto the terrace, you will be greeted by an impressive pool measuring 8x4 meters and 160 centimeters deep, perfect for refreshing and relaxing. Around the pool are nine comfortable sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sun and the beautiful views of the sea and surroundings. Villa Adriatis provides three parking spaces located outside the courtyard, ensuring peace of mind for your vehicle.
