Villa Hermiona Luxury is a modern villa with a beautiful view of the Dalmatian islands and the city of Split. It is located in the beautiful town of Podstrana, 8 km from the center of Split and 16 km from the city of Omiš. It is located on a plot of 750 m2, and the villa has 420 m2. Capacity is 10 people. It has a heated outdoor swimming pool and a sunbathing terrace equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and a hot tub, ideal for enjoying the sun all day and dining with your loved ones. The villa is on three floors and has an elevator. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine, and a dining room. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 on the first floor and 1 on the second (upper) floor, each with air conditioning, TV and bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. On the second floor there is also an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine, and a dining room. On the top floor there is a fully equipped one bedroom penthouse. An integral part of the penthouse is a large terrace with a jacuzzi, which offers a beautiful view of the city of Split, the sea and the Dalmatian islands. The villa has a garage for three cars and private parking for two cars in front of the garage.
