It has a private outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sun terrace equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. It extends over 3 floors, 2 of which are available to guests. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV and bathroom. The villa has private parking for 3 cars. Breakfast is included in the price. A deposit is required in cash (EUR 500.00) upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).
