Villa Matan is located in a small place Duće, 2 km from the Mediterranean town Omiš, and has amazing sea and island views from every corner of the property.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay offers you an outdoor, fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, a private 28m2 pool with a sundeck area, and 6 lounge chairs.
The Interior offers three floors:
1st floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with a balcony that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No1 with double bed and exit to the pool area, Bedroom No2 with double bed, two family bathrooms with shower.
2nd floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with balcony, Bedroom No3 with double bed, Bedroom No4 with double bed, two family bathrooms with shower.
3rd floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with balcony, PS5, Bedroom No5 with double bed, family bathrooms with shower and separate toilet.
Ground floor - Billiards, darts, table tennis, kitchenette and toilet.
The villa is located 50 m above sea level and is 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach and from many restaurants and shops. Because it is steep it has absolutely open sea views.

Villa Matan was a beautiful place to stay on our group trip to Croatia, Petra was very welcoming and made our stay very easy, the location itself was excellent with it being only a short walk from the town of Omiš and the views of the surrounding mountain range were breathtaking. The villa was kept to extremely high standard and was very modern. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay. Thank you, Petra, for the amazing stay!

Had a fabulous week at Villa Matan. Greeted by Petra on arrival, who was superb. The villa is extremely well presented and equipped and surpassed my expectations. The beds are especially comfortable. The location gives stunning views over to Brac, the supermarket is just a short drive away, a car is must as the hull is very steep. Would certainly recommend it to anyone with a large group as there is flexible living space. I would book again for sure
