Die Lage ist super, Haus perfekt, schade das die Zimmern oben zu warm sind ohne Klimaanlage. Wunderschoene Umgebung, ruhig, alles was man zu Urlaub braucht war im Haus, perfekte terasse und Olivenbäume ueberall. Aus dem Pool toles Ausblick, wir werden wieder kommen wahrscheinlich.
Wir waren mit zwei Familien eine Woche in der Villa und ich habe mir vorgenommen möglichst genau zu berichten. Die Inhaber sind wirklich super, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Villa ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ich finde das Haus wirkt auf den Bildern größer und heller als in echt, aber das tat dem ganzen am Ende aber keinen Abbruch. Die Lage ist zum einen natürlich ein Traum in absoluter Alleinlage und zum anderen kann man aber logischerweise auch nicht einfach in die nächste Ortschaft spazieren. Der Weg zur Villa ist recht steinig, aber alles machbar. Am Strand sind ab und an ein paar Einheimische. Ich glaube in Kroatien gibt es keine Privatstrände, das sollte man vielleicht vorher recherchieren, bevor man sich darüber aufregt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig saubergemacht und war auch angenehm von der Temperatur. Das Meer glasklar und auch schon warm genug zum schwimmen, nach ein paar Metern wie überall mit Seeigeln gut gefüllt, also unbedingt Schuhe mitnehmen. Am Meer stehen Liegen und man brachte uns sogar einen Sonnenschirm. Der Kiesstrand am Meer ist direkt am Haus nicht wirklich bespielbar und auch nur sehr klein, aber wenn man ein ca. 50? Meter weiter nach links über die Steine läuft, dann ist dort ein wunderbarer Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen am Wasser. Anders als auf den Bildern ist auch, dass zwischen Pool und Meer nun ein Zaun befestigt wurde, man sieht aber gut durch. Für die Kinder sehr gut, optisch etwas schlechter. Außerdem hat das Haus mittlerweile einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Trampolin, Rutsche und Schaukel. Ziemlich toll fand ich auch die Boule-Bahn direkt am Meer. Ich glaube die sieht man auf den Bildern auch nicht. Nehmt Moskitospray mit, zu bestimmten Zeiten sind sie etwas lästig. Unten im Haus sind überall Fliegenschutzgitter zum runterziehen. Im Obergeschoss glaube ich nicht, oder nicht überall. So, ich glaube das war alles, was für uns als Familie mit Kindern interessant gewesen wäre vorab zu wissen. Auf Nachfrage brachte man uns übrigens auch Babystuhl und Kinderbett. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit in der Villa.
Das Haus liegt abgeschieden in Alleinlage an einem schönen Strand und verfügt über eine Mole und zusätzlich eine Boje. Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über einen ungeheizten Pool. Die nächste Ortschaft mit einem Supermarkt ist ca. 3 km entfernt und problemlos über eine Schotterstrasseund anschließend Asphalt zu erreichen. Der Strand ist kiesig bis steinig und teils flach. Für Personen die Ruhe suchen ein idealer Urlaubsort.
