Located on the Island of Ciovo, this stylish villa can accommodate up to 11 persons and is just steps away from the nearest pebble beach. The villa has an indoor and an outdoor private pool (32 sqm). The interior of the villa offers beautiful, stylish furniture and modern design. In the lower ground floor of the villa, you will find a wellness area with a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a fitness room and an activity room with a pool table. The villa consists of 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and Sat-TV. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The remaining 4 bedrooms are spread over the top floor. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace with a beautiful sea view and with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols and barbecue area. The villa has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars, a completely fenced garden and on top of everything, offers a magnificent view from the terrace on the sea and the town of Trogir.
