The ground floor of Villa Tela offers a private, heated 33sqm swimming pool with an attached 5sqm whirlpool for 6 persons, 8 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with an indoor and outdoor covered dining area, a traditional barbecue, and a playground for children. Inside the property is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining and living area with open views of the landscape, a sauna with a shower, and a toilette. Also, at your disposal are two training machines, darts, and table tennis, PS4. The first floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms and laundry.
