This beautiful semi-detached villa Duce with pool is located directly opposite the long sandy beach and not far from the historic center of Omis. On the ground floor there is a living room with a separate kitchen, while in front of the house there is a garden with a pool that has a high fence that guarantees you 100% privacy. The terrace with barbecue is at the back. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor are another kitchen and living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is functionally furnished for a relaxing summer vacation. The house is only a few meters from the sea. Omiš is a town in the heart of Dalmatia, at the mouth of the river Cetina. It is 21 km southeast of Split's largest Dalmatian town. Omis is a city of rich culture, with a typical old town center decorated in Venetian style. It is one of the few towns in this area that has a sandy beach thanks to the Cetina grove. During the summer months, the Festival of Dalmatian Klapa is held in the town, as well as a performance in honor of the Omicidian pirates. At the very cove of Cetina you can rent a boat with a dolphin who will take you to the river to the nearby restaurants with traditional gastronomic offer.
