The 130 m² villa blends exposed concrete, natural wood, and large glass doors and windows into a warm, light-filled interior that opens directly onto a shaded covered terrace with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Beyond it: your private 30 m² pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a fully enclosed garden. No shared spaces, no neighbours peering over the fence — just your group and the Istrian countryside.
Three en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests comfortably, with a sofa bed available for 2 more. Two rooms have queen double beds; one has twin singles. Each has its own private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The bedroom with the queen bed opens directly onto the pool terrace — a detail that makes mornings noticeably better. Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge, making this a genuinely family-friendly choice.
The kitchen is fully equipped — oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, the works — and the outdoor kitchen means you can keep the holiday mood going without retreating inside.

Wir waren schon öfters in den Villen in Prkacini, deshalb wussten wir was uns erwartet. Eine gepflegte, moderne und gut ausgestattete Villa. Es ist hier sehr ländlich und deshalb sehr ruhig. Man kann sich schön erholen. Ein-/Auschecken ist absolut unkompliziert. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingefriedet mit Mauern und Zaun. Hunde sind willkommen. Die Unterkünfte sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Restaurants, Supermärkte und was man sonst so braucht bekommt man in ca. vier Kilometern Entfernung. Auch in Vor- und Nachsaison immer eine gute Wahl.
Schönes großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage. Alles da, was man braucht. Leider erkennt man aber dtl Gebrauchsspuren durch unachtsame Urlauber. Das ist schade, da das Haus grundsätzlich hochwertig gebaut und ausgestattet ist. Terasse, Pool und Garten top. Rundrum sicher eingezäunt, unser Hund hat sich gefreut! Die Lage ab vom Schuß ist im Vorfeld bekannt und kein Problem. Schöne Ausgangslage, um Istrien in alle Himmelsrichtungen zu erkunden. Kontaktperson für Fragen unkompliziert zu erreichen. Ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank!
