The newly built Villa Palma is located in the countryside, just a few minutes' drive from the sea and 10 minutes from the cultural and tourist life of Krk and Malinska.
The villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation for up to 10 people. The interior of the villa is modern, functional and comfortable. It extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open living room with a kitchen, dining room and living room, a gym with one pull-out bed for 2 people and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double rooms with bathrooms and 2 rooms with separate beds and another bathroom. Each room has satellite TV.
All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.
In the beautiful courtyard there is a swimming pool (8x4 m), a sun deck with deck chairs and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a gas grill and an outdoor dining room where guests can enjoy preparing meals and drinking their favorite drinks.
There is also a spacious children's playground in the yard.
In front of the house there is parking for four cars and a charging station for e-cars (0.40 EUR/kWH).
