Villa Angelina is a beautiful and luxurious retreat nestled amidst unspoiled nature, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Centrally located in the small village of Mandalenčići in Central Istria—just a few minutes’ drive from the town of Pazin—this villa is an ideal choice for families seeking a peaceful countryside vacation while still being close to beaches and all major attractions Istria has to offer.
This exquisite villa features four elegant en-suite bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. Thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail, the interior is spread across two floors.
The ground floor includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate toilet, and a dedicated media room equipped with a large TV and game console—a perfect space for movie nights, gaming, or simply relaxing together. On this floor you will also find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and private bathroom.
The upper floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms, also featuring double beds, TVs, and private bathrooms. A small balcony on this level offers a lovely view of the surrounding hills.
The outdoor area—where you’ll likely spend most of your time—features a covered terrace with a dining table, charcoal and gas barbecues, and a welcoming space for enjoying alfresco meals. The highlight is the 40 m² swimming pool with a shallow section ideal for children. Surrounding the pool are eight inviting sun loungers and a spacious sun deck, creating your private oasis for relaxation.
For additional fun, enjoy friendly games of billiards or make the most of the villa’s standout feature—the spacious media room, offering entertainment for all ages. The villa is fully air-conditioned, provides free Wi-Fi, and the completely enclosed property includes four private parking spaces. With its serene setting, modern comforts, and excellent entertainment options, Villa Angelina ensures an unforgettable and enjoyable stay.
