The property offers two completely separate apartments within the same house, making it perfect for larger families or groups of friends who wish to stay together while maintaining their own space. The house is rented as a whole, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The first apartment is situated on the ground floor and covers 120 m2. It features three bedrooms – two with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living area, and a spacious outdoor terrace ideal for relaxation. The second apartment is located on the upper floor and has a size of 70 m2. It consists of two bedrooms – one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen with a living area, and its own outdoor terrace. Each apartment has a separate entrance, ensuring additional comfort and independence. Guests have full use of the entire house, guaranteeing complete privacy. During the winter period, the swimming pool is not available; however, an outdoor jacuzzi for up to 5 persons is at guests’ disposal, reaching temperatures of up to 40°C, perfect for relaxation. The house is very spacious and ensures a comfortable stay even for larger groups. Please note that parties with loud music are not allowed, and young groups are accepted only upon prior request.
