Das Haus ist eigentlich ganz ok, aber es wird irgendwie überall ein bisschen gespart. Positiv zu bewerten sind die relativ bequemen Betten, die vollklimatisierten Räume, die ruhige Lage und die Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist nicht weit vom Meer weg, aber der Weg ist trotzdem mühsam, zumal man einige Höhenmeter überwinden muss - Was definitiv negativ zu bewerten ist: x) alle Schlafzimmer liegen dicht nebeneinander und sind hellhörig. Wenn jemand früher aufsteht, die Türen nicht extrem vorsichtig schließt und die Stiegen runtergeht, sind schnell alle munter x) alle Sessel im Wohnbereich haben keinen Filz (mehr?) an den Beinen und die sind SEHR laut. Wenn jemand frühstückt, weckt man wieder alle im OG auf x) Pfannen in der Küche sind alle schon mehr als durch und hätten vor vielen Jahren schon erneuert werden müssen x) Gläser und Tassen dürften alles Gratisbeigaben sein. Dadurch auch schlecht sortiert x) das Bad im OG fällt teilweise auseinander - Schimmel in der Dusche im EG x) das Pool müsste saniert werden - zB gehen mehrere kleine Fliesen ab, Abdeckungen für Abläufe gibt es auch nur teilweise. Das Wasser selbst war gechlort, aber wird schlecht bis gar nicht gefiltert x) Es gibt Pool Billard - aber der Raum stinkt SO gewaltig nach abgestanden Rauch, dass man vor der Benutzung 15 Minuten alle Türen aufmachen muss und wir haben den Kindern auch verboten sich auf die Möbel zu setzen, da diese genauso ranzig waren.
Die Lage ist super und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist sehr schön.
Wunderschönes Haus, Tolle Stadt und Sanja von Adriagate war sehr nett und Hilfbereit eine tolle Person!
