Deposit is obligatory to reserve your property and prevent anyone else to book it for the same dates. Deposit is usually 30% of the total price. We won’t charge your credit card before we sent booking confirmation which usually takes 24 hours.
As the deposit is non-refundable we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
The full amount is usually due 8-12 weeks before you leave for holiday. We will inform you of the next payment.
Please let us know you want to cancel your holiday as soon as possible. We are not able to refund the deposit you paid to secure your booking. However, if we manage to rent the property to other guests for the same period and price we might be able to refund part of the deposit or even full deposit minus transacrional fees.
If you leave the villa clean, tidy and in the same condition as it was – no worries. Your damage deposit will be returned.

In short – yes. Most of the properties are suitable for children and have cots and high chair. If you travel with children please advise us.
Some villas are pet-friendly and some are not. Most owners allow well-behaved pets for a small surcharge. It is also listed on our website and in filter function which villas allow pets.
There are usually no barriers to the pool so please have that in mind when you book the villa. Usually pool depth is 1,3 – 1,6 meters.
In 99% cases – no. Owner might live nearby but in the other house. All our villas are for your exclusive usage only.
