Villa Alba Labin is a luxurious, modern holiday house with swimming pool only 2 km from the beach. On enclosed property, the guests have on disposal a swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, covered summer kitchen, fireplace, seating area and several covered parking spaces. The house faces south and therefore has sun all day. The bedrooms on the upper floor have a large balcony with sea view. The town Labin is 10 minutes’ drive away and in 4 km is Skitaca, a popular destination for nature and hiking lovers. Holiday house for 6 persons is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a living room overlooking the swimming pool, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the balcony with seating set and parasol. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated.
