Every guest is greeted by the owner with a welcome basket that includes surprises such as eco products of Istrian delicacies, fruit and more. In front of the villa on a 2500 m2 plot there is a covered outdoor dining area with a stone barbecue and a table for ten people. In front of the dining room is a pool measuring 10 x 7 meters or in an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool is heated only on request from 01.11.-05.05. and is charged directly upon arrival at €100 per day. For those who never have enough fun, there is also table football, a traditional massive billiard table, a video game console, a home theater, and an advanced audio system. Those who want to relax will be delighted by the spacious Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna. If you want to explore the surroundings and enjoy nature, the use of bicycles and convertible cars is available free of charge.
