Die Villa Bregi ist eine sehr große Villa mit ca 220 m². Sie ist komplett saniert. Hier stimmt alles. Die Schlafzimmer sind unüblich groß. Die Gemeinschaftsräume, dh Wohn und Eßzimmer ebenfalls. Die 3 Bäder super. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der eingewachsene, tropische Garten mit dem uneinsehbaren (!) pool ,kleinen Kinderspielplatz und großem Grill ist einfach märchenhaft und wird mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Viele Palmen, Bananenbäume, Blumen aller Art... Der Blick auf den Talkessel mit den Vororten von Rijeka ist atemberaubend. 3 oder 4 Parkplätze im umzäunten Grundstück stehen zur Verfügung. Was noch? Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Neue Frottewäsche, Betten gemacht. Total ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse. Nette hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Der Vermieter hat ein Herz für Hunde. Unserer war dabei. Ach ja, es gibt sogar eine Warmwasserdusche am pool, was Anfang September Abends recht angenehm war. Nicht gefallen · Der Meerblick ist etwas bescheiden, dafür ist der Blick auf den Talkessel mit den dahinterliegenden Bergen grandios.
