This spacious villa in a quiet location, located near one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia, is ideal for a larger or several families.The house has 3 separate apartments:The ground floor has a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area. The ground floor and the upper living room are connected only by an external staircase (without an internal staircase).On the first floor of the house are 2 separate residential units. In one there are 2 double bedrooms (each has a balcony), 1 bathroom with shower / WC and a kitchen with dining area.The other has a small room with exercise equipment and a balcony overlooking the pool, a bathroom with shower / WC and a washing machine.On the 2nd floor (connected by an internal staircase to the 1st floor) there are 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed - one room also has a sofa bed for one person) and a bathroom with shower / WC.In the landscaped and closed garden you will find a beautiful pool and a shallow children's pool and an outdoor covered tavern with kitchen and barbecue, which invites you to pleasant evenings. The pool has an outdoor toilet.A comfortable and well-equipped holiday home will allow you a carefree and unforgettable vacation. The house has 2 kitchens.The house has several terraces and balconies. 1 baby cot and 2 high chairs available, parking for 3 cars on the property.A table tennis table is available.A maximum of one pet is allowed. Reservations of youth groups are not allowed. The host does not live in the house, but on the same property.

Das haus ist super und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sensationell ist die Außenküche. Auch der Pool sticht heraus, da er auch noch ein kleines Becken für Kinder hat. Der Ausblick von der Außenküche bis zum Meer ist auch sehr schön. Einzig der Weg in den Ort und zum Meer ist etwas weit und zu Fuß mit Kindern doch sehr steil. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
