Villa Eva is a nice newly built Villa with swimming pool on the outskirts of the place Kaštel near the Croatian-Slovenian border and only 8,5 km from the nice pebble beaches in the tourist resort Kanegra.
The northwest coast of Istria is known for several renowned restaurants, excellent winemakers and especially the white truffle. The villa is set on enclosed and well-kept property of 780 sqm and it offers the following outdoor facilities: swimming pool of 26 sqm, summer kitchen with barbecue fireplace and covered terrace with table for 8 persons and a separate toilet, outdoor shower, trampoline, three covered parking spaces and another covered terrace with sitting set.
Holiday home for 8 persons with a total living surface of 186 sqm spread on two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, bedroom with double bed. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with private bathroom, satellite TV and exit to the balcony.
NOTICE: The guests can use a free entrance in the holiday resort Kanegra during their stay.
