It is located in small village Kavran, on the southeast coast of Istrian Peninsula. To the sea and the nearest beach there is only 10 minute drive. Until the first town where you can find the shop, restaurant, coffee shop, farmacy or bakery it will take only 10 km (Marcana or Valtura). Villa Vignola is situated on completely fenced plot of 1200 sqm with outdoor pool of 26 sqm, covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and big fireplace, one shower/toilette, 2 parking places and a garage. Beautiful Olive trees really stand out this property and its garden.
On its 140 sqm this house offers complete comfort for up to 6 guests. Interior is spacious and decorated with style. The interior is highlighted by spacious and well equipped kitchen with big dining table for 6 people, and the living room area, where you can easely access to the pool and the terrace.
