This five-bedroom villa features accommodations in both a main house and a separate smaller house. In the villas charming exterior you can enjoy amazing views over the valleys and vineyards and relax by the private swimming pool, covered dining and sitting areas with large barbecue. Challenge your friends in a games room with a billiard and darts, or play valleyball on te sand while your children are playing in the playground with trampoline and swing. The House is fully air-conditioned. It is also equipped with central heating, WIFI, SAT TV, stereo system. Inside, villa Selar has modern comfort. In the ground floor are cozy sitting area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are two more bedrooms with doble bed,one bedroom with single bed and one more bathroom. The bedroom in the separate smaller house has double bed, one single bed and en-suite bathroom and opens to the courtyard.
