Villa Erman is a renovated and richly equipped villa with pool in central Istria, ideal for several families or groups of friends up to 20 people who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Istria.
The house is set in a quiet part of the typical Istrian town Kringa, 21 kilometres from Porec and its beaches. A very good typical restaurant is only 500 m from the house, while the nearest store is also 500 m away.
The house has a fenced garden of 2000 sqm, a swimming pool of 85 sqm with deck chairs, a covered summer kitchen with a dining table, a children's playground and 2 parking places.
Villa Erman has a capacity of max. 18-20 persons with a total area of 430 sqm on three fully air-conditioned floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with sofa bed for two persons and access to the pool, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed with its own shower/toilet and satellite TV and a separate toilet. On the first and second floor there are in total 8 bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, satellite TV and bathroom/toilet. On the first floor of the house there is also an entertainment room with a billiard table, darts, a treadmill and a sauna.
